Effective: Aug 2025 · Rosing Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Gourmet Kids, Sporty Kids, and Soccer Kids.

Information We Collect

  • Parent/Guardian info: name, email, mobile number, address, emergency contact.
  • Student info: name, age, school, teacher, special notes (e.g., allergies).
  • Consent records: signatures, SMS consent checkbox, timestamp, user agent, IP.
  • Payments: processed via QuickBooks Payments (Intuit). We do not store full card numbers or CVC. Tokens/last4 may be stored for receipts.

How We Use Information

  • To register children, schedule classes, and provide program services.
  • To send transactional SMS/email (registration confirmations, reminders, updates, photo links) to opted-in parents/guardians.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, and safety obligations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers only to operate our programs:

  • Messaging: Twilio (SMS). STOP/HELP supported.
  • Payments: Intuit QuickBooks Payments (card tokenization/processing).
  • Storage/Docs: Google Drive (vCard files/links for parent contacts).
  • Automation: Our secure automation platform to route form submissions.

We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

Registration records are kept as needed to operate the program and meet legal obligations. Marketing opt-in data is removed upon opt-out. You may request deletion where permitted by law.

Children’s Privacy

We collect student details from parents/guardians to provide services. We do not knowingly collect contact details directly from children or message children.

Your Choices

  • SMS: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  • Contact us to access, correct, or delete your information where applicable.

Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors; we do not store sensitive card data.
